Job Summary of Lead Produce Associate:
The Lead Produce Associate is responsible for managing the daily operations of the produce department within a grocery store, ensuring that fresh fruits and vegetables are adequately stocked, appropriately displayed, and adhere to quality standards. This position integrates leadership, inventory management, and customer service, while also providing support to team members and upholding departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities of Lead Produce Associate:
- Supervise departmental activities following the standard practices set in place when both the department manager and assistant manager are not present.
- Follow all organizational rules, protocols, and legislative mandates in place.
- Use retail store systems that facilitate various job functions such as Management Planning, Scheduling, CAO, and RF Unit operations.
- Demonstrate fairness, dignity, and respect towards all fellow employees in the workplace.
- Adhere to or go beyond all relevant Management Planning standards.
- Deepen familiarity with the product through comprehensive learning and information gathering.
- Offer assistance in the instruction of new associates as required by the task.
- Ensure that your appearance is always clean and well-maintained and follow the personal grooming standards set by the company.
- Ensure strong lines of communication are upheld within the department and company-wide.
- Adhere to the organization's safety regulations. Notify authorities about any essential repairs or upkeep required for machinery. Ensure the work environment is devoid of obstacles and potential dangers.

Qualification of Lead Produce Associate:
