Involves assisting in managing food operations, maintaining standards for food safety and quality, and providing efficient, friendly service. This person assists in leading the team, upholds guidelines for food presentation, and supports the Store Manager in creating a positive experience for guests and team members that aligns with company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Operations Leader:

• Offer a heartfelt welcome to guests to create a friendly environment.
• Administer the handling of food stock, financial outlay, reduction of surplus, culinary practices, and visual arrangement.
• Meet sanitation requirements by keeping the food service area clean and complying with standards.
• Reach goals pertaining to food sales, including pizza, breakfast selections, and beverages.
• Provide hands-on training to team members on the proper techniques for food preparation and ensuring safety measures are in place.
• Collaborate with external vendors for improved oversight and training in food safety monitoring.
• Keep stock levels in check and rotate food items as required.
• Prioritize efficient processing of guest transactions alongside delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by taking on supplementary duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Operations Leader:

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is obligatory.
• A minimum of half a year in retail or food service roles is mandatory for all applicants.
• Prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in retail, service, or restaurant.
• Although advantageous, possessing a ServSafe certification is not compulsory.
• Capable of creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Radiating a high level of liveliness, adeptness in quick adaptation, and a solid commitment to teamwork.
