Role and Responsibilities of Stockroom Associate:

Being a Stockroom Associate means you will play a crucial role in maintaining the presentation of the store by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, orderly, and spotless. You may also be required to pitch in as a cashier or checker when needed.

  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and orderly by arranging merchandise throughout the night shift.
  • Ensure the safe operation of authorized implements such as box cutters, pallet jacks, forklifts, and compactors.
  • Keep the store tidy and organized throughout the duration of your shift.
  • Ensure that inventory is correct and products are rotated to uphold their freshness.
  • Deliver helpful and approachable service to customers in need.
  • Aid in conducting checkout procedures as a cashier/checker when assistance is required.

Required Skills and Experience of Stockroom Associate:

  • Participation is restricted to those who are 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in adapting to various work settings, including freezer, refrigerator, and sales floor.
  • Feel at ease with the demands of a fast-paced, hands-on job that involves constant movement.
