Job Summary of Meat Operations Associate:

Meat Operations Associate are responsible for keeping the pre-packaged meat section well stocked and orderly in appearance.Meat Operations Associate will order and unload product, stock shelves and build displays; as required.Meat Operations Associate will maintain a clean work area, follow all safety rules and perform other tasks as assigned.Other tasks to be performed may be in a meat prep area.They must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers.

Responsibilities of Meat Operations Associate:

• Provide aid in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of meat products for distribution
• Ensure the attractive presentation of products by stocking meat cases effectively
• Accurately weigh, price, and wrap meat items according to specified standards
• Keep products fresh by consistently rotating them and promptly removing any expired items from inventory
• Promote a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning the meat counters, tools, and equipment
• Support in unloading and securely storing deliveries of meat products
