Role and Responsibilities:

• Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts to high quality standards
• Decorate cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
• Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
• Maintain product freshness, quality, and food safety standards
• Ensure bakery cases and shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service

Required Skills and Experience:

• Passion for baking and decorating baked goods
• Ability to work with baking equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
