Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will help build customer trust and loyalty through efficient operations and excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly, courteously, and in a friendly manner.
• Offer product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate department items to ensure freshness and proper date control.
• Use supplies responsibly to reduce waste and manage costs effectively.
• Operate department tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while reporting hazards or faulty equipment to management.
• Report theft, shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, or policy violations to management.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
