Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cafe Associate, you will deliver high-quality service and help maintain smooth coffee shop operations. Responsibilities include:

• Elevate customer satisfaction by offering pleasant and prompt support
• Collaborate with the coffee shop lead and department manager to meet sales and profit objectives
• Maintain a work setting that is neat, secure, and structured according to organizational guidelines
• Implement standardized quality assurance protocols for drinks, food, and overall service excellence
• Craft and present a variety of coffee blends, specialty beverages, and meals for customers
• Enhance the customer experience through teamwork with the deli department and other staff members
• Keep products in stock and on display to meet customer demand and maintain quality presentation norms
• Communicate with patrons, respond to queries, and provide guidance on products and menu options
