Responsibilities of Store Operations Associate:

• Organize and manage a specific store department while stocking goods with appropriate equipment (excluding power tools)
• Validates proper pricing on items, verifies product date codes to ensure correct rotation, organizes shelves, end displays, floor stacks, refrigerated, and frozen cases.
• Prepares items with a short shelf life for sale as needed
• Builds attractive promotional displays to draw in customers
• Follows store management's direction to sustain sanitation standards in the store and parking lot
• Supports customers by offering courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly assistance through current store and product information
• Supporting customers with transferring their items to their vehicles by aiding in loading
• Executes elementary accounting duties, like logging lost or damaged goods and crucial store provisions with the use of suitable tools
