Job Summary of Store Leader:

The duties of this position involve learning and executing the daily functions of a retail store, assisting store management, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. It includes receiving practical guidance from experienced leaders to acquire knowledge in employee management, stock maintenance, food safety practices, product showcasing, and client interactions. The employee will help in upholding a neat, well-maintained, and fully provisioned environment, all while honing skills for potential leadership opportunities within the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Leader:

• Provide a heartfelt welcome to guests and foster a genial setting.
• Assist in managing store operations by understanding and participating in scheduling, advising, and instructing team members.
• Maintain optimal levels of products by overseeing inventory and restocking items, as needed, while also organizing shelves.
• Engage in maintaining food safety, quality monitoring, and promotional norms within food service settings.
• Ensure that the store is hygienic and orderly, paying special attention to the cleanliness of the coffee stations, food spaces, and restrooms.
• Competently handle cash register operations and contribute to financial processes where suitable.
• Help with event and meeting preparations, as well as assisting with store readiness on weekends and holidays.
• Make trips as necessary to offer help to nearby stores or to deliver banking deposits.
• Complete tasks as instructed by store leadership or supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Leader:

• The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
• The ideal candidate should possess one year of experience in retail, food service, or guest relations.
• It is preferred that applicants have previous leadership exposure in a related context.
• ServSafe or food safety certification is a bonus rather than a prerequisite.
• Effective at interacting with patrons and coworkers in a lively context.
• Exhibiting intense dynamism, adaptability, and a readiness to cater to the team’s requirements.
• Basic computer skills can be advantageous in various situations.
