Job Summary:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you lead and develop Crew Members by providing guidance, support, and role-modeling the behaviors that create a WOW customer experience. You help foster a collaborative environment, strengthen team performance, and ensure the store operates smoothly while contributing to the growth and success of the brand.

Responsibilities:

Work in teams and get to know the Crew.
Improve the quality of store life.
Coach others to be their best.
Model behavior that supports our values.
Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.
Bagging groceries with care.
Stocking shelves and receiving loads.
Making the store a welcome place for customers and Crew.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
A high school degree or equivalent
A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
