Retail Customer Service Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will help strengthen customer trust and loyalty by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee the customer service desk and media services while adhering to company policies, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently or escalated when needed. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers professionally, respond to their needs, and address or escalate concerns appropriately.
• Front-End Operations: Manage store cash and accounting tasks, stay informed on company policies, operate Automated Checkout Machines (ACM), and troubleshoot front-end equipment.
• Inventory & Stocking: Replenish front-end merchandise and supplies, assist with pricing, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Professional Communication: Demonstrate professional phone etiquette, direct customers as needed, and protect sensitive information.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, report hazards or faulty equipment, and notify management of theft or policy violations.
• Additional Duties: Perform cashier responsibilities and other assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain work authorization.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Strong communication skills for addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Familiarity with front-end systems and office equipment.
