Responsibilities:

Provide continuous attention to customer needs and satisfaction.
Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
Offer product suggestions and information to help customers make selections.
Stock and rotate bakery products to ensure freshness and availability.
Operate bakery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain the bakery area in a clean, orderly, and hazard-free condition.
Monitor product quality, appearance, and labeling for accuracy.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing bakery deliveries.
Notify management of any equipment issues, safety concerns, or policy violations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age
Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
Strong customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
Operate bakery equipment (e.g., slicer, oven, scale, knives, box cutter and pricing gun) according to company guidelines.
