Job Summary of Bakery Associate:

The primary function of this position is to support the bake shop's daily operations by providing exceptional service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. By offering freshly baked goods, addressing product inquiries, and adhering to food safety standards, this role is essential in improving the in-store customer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bakery Associate:

• Assist individuals by providing information and guiding them to locate bakery products.
• Package and label baked goods in line with the guidelines set by the company.
• Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation guidelines across all work and showcase locations.
• Keep all baked products visually appealing and regularly rearrange them to uphold their freshness.
• Abide by the required food safety and handling guidelines outlined in the company's policy.
• Aid team members in various departments with their tasks as needed.
• Ensure that any problems with equipment or products are communicated to the relevant team leads or managers.

Qualifications and Experience of Bakery Associate:

• Knowledge in customer service or food preparation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication aptitudes are key attributes.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a rapidly changing retail landscape.
