Job Summary of Logistics Associate:

This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and organizing warehouse products for shipment to retail stores. The role ensures order accuracy, maintains safety standards, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics Associate:

• Ensure the correct products are picked from the warehouse inventory according to order details.
• Pinpoint items by utilizing the aisle, slot, and quantity data provided.
• Stack, categorize, and pack products to shield from harm and ensure secure transit.
• Follow safety procedures by keeping your work area tidy and orderly.
• Offer assistance in conducting inventory accuracy checks and cycle counts when necessary.
• Safely use forklifts and pallet jacks in the warehouse only if properly certified.

Qualifications and Experience of Logistics Associate:

• A high school diploma or an alternative credential is the preferred educational background.
• Although familiarity with warehouse operations or inventory management is preferred, it is not compulsory.
• Key math and reading capabilities necessary for understanding order forms and labels.
• Proficient in handling weights of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods effortlessly.
• Having a strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
• Having a forklift certification is advantageous although not essential.
