Personal Shoppers

Job Summary:

This role supports retail operations by assisting members with product selection, processing orders, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of online and in-store purchases. The position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information on membership benefits and promote company products and services.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts while contributing to membership goals.
• Fulfill online and in-store orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and securing items until pickup.
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs efficiently.
• Ensure the safety of the facility by following all safety procedures, guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to complete tasks, meet priorities, and recommend improvements.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving merchandise as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines consistently.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00, with potential additional premiums based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.
