Fulfillment Associates are responsible for accurately and safely selecting undamaged products. Their role involves fulfilling store orders, meeting delivery deadlines, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Experience ranging from 0 to 6 months is considered for this position
- Demonstrated experience with electric pallet jacks is a positive attribute
- A high school diploma is not a mandatory requirement for this educational pursuit
- Weight handling prerequisite: Capped at 100 pounds
- The age stipulation necessitates that individuals be at least 18 years old
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in counting is a fundamental skill.
- Employ a voice-controlled warehouse management system to accurately identify products by linking slot numbers with the appropriate product descriptions.
- Move containers up to 100 pounds in weight from pick slots to pallets and lift them from the floor, shoulder, and overhead levels as required.
- Attain and retain established productivity criteria.
- Construct pallet loads that are strong and harmoniously balanced by combining different case sizes and weights to facilitate damage-free transport.
- Wrap and arrange finalized pallets of selected merchandise in the suitable shipping lanes for loading purposes.
- Engage in ongoing dialogue with supervisors concerning safety procedures, equipment conditions, damaged goods, and any emerging problems.
- Be willing to accommodate the company's production needs by being flexible in your scheduling and availability for various shifts and work hours.
- Observe all corporate policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the proper operation of equipment and contributing to the preservation of a clean and safe working environment.
- Observe the necessary protocols to ensure the safety of food.
- Complete miscellaneous responsibilities in the warehouse as needed and directed.
