As a Courtesy Support Clerk, you serve as a customer service ambassador and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.Responsibilities include properly handling and bagging groceries, assisting customers with locating products, collecting carts from outdoor areas, and maintaining store cleanliness by sweeping floors and addressing spills.Courtesy Clerks represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient service while working collaboratively with team members.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are interested in growth opportunities, as many employees advance into other store departments.

Requirements of Courtesy Support Clerk:

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store
