Role and Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch customer service and food promptly and cheerfully.
Adhere to the company's guidelines when unloading, stocking, and storing merchandise.
Carry out specified recipes, safety practices, and policies in packaging, displaying, and presenting food items.
Carry out mandatory temperature checks and oversee product quality to ensure freshness and safety compliance.
Ensure that sales environments, storage backdrops, and chilled sections remain spotless to prevent hazards and maintain a clear space.
Meet health and company standards when washing and disinfecting cookware and utensils.
Regularly update signage, rotate products, ensure freshness, and allocate space for merchandise correctly.
Skillfully handle production equipment while using cleaning solutions and sharp tools in the correct way.
Operate the cash register following company procedures.
Work together harmoniously in a fast-paced, high-capacity atmosphere to aid team activities.
Required Skills and Experience
Preparedness to fulfill job responsibilities on weekends and public holidays.
The ability to convey messages accurately and convincingly to both customers and colleagues is important.
Aptitude for deciphering content on product labels, shelf tags, educational materials, and notices.
Possesses strong multitasking skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, and excelling in team-oriented environments.
Competency in the cautious handling of cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and production equipment.

The basic qualification needed is a high school diploma or its comparable alternative.
