Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will ensure patients receive a prompt, positive, and supportive experience at our pharmacies. You’ll assist patients, support pharmacy operations, and play a key role in making a difference in the lives of customers and your community.

• Welcome patients to the pharmacy and assist them with picking up their prescriptions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly.
• Support customers with questions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Participate in training to become a pharmacy technician, including classes, pharmacy computer systems training, and hands-on learning with store teams.

• Possess or be willing to obtain proper licenses required by local state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or pharmacy support is a plus but not required.
• An interest in pursuing a long-term career in pharmacy or healthcare.
