Responsibilities of Bakery Staff:

• Offer unmatched customer service
• Make sure to sanitize equipment daily for hygiene purposes
• Arrange bakery items and affix labels for retail purposes
• Customize baked goods for sale and in alignment with client needs
• Monitor oven performance Arrange bakery goods on shelves Maintain precise inventory counts and report them accurately
• Assist all consumers in their shopping endeavors and execute any extra duties that may be assigned

Qualification of Bakery Staff:

• The age criterion mandates individuals to be 18 years old or over
• Availability needed on Saturdays for work schedule
• Aptitude for performing proficiently in a fast-moving work setting
• Proficient in teamwork Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong verbal interaction abilities
• Demonstrating a meticulous approach is key. A basic proficiency in math is necessary. Prior background can be helpful although not obligatory

Physical Demands of Bakery Staff:
