Job Summary of Inventory Stocker:

In this role, the key task is to ensure an orderly, properly supplied, and sanitized store environment while providing excellent customer service. It supports store operations by supervising product displays, handling inventory, and assisting with backroom management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Stocker:

• Keep shelves stocked and product displays organized to maximize visibility and appeal to customers.
• Unpack, categorize, and systematize products in the storage room and across the sales premises.
• Conduct consistent cleaning tasks including dusting, tidying, and quickly attending to any spills.
• Help with inventory management and the proper rotation of products.
• Offer welcoming and supportive aid to guests, addressing queries and helping them locate products.
• Complete further duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall functioning of the store.

Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Stocker:

• Preference is given to individuals who hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Although prior experience in retail or grocery roles can be advantageous, it is not obligatory.
• Competence in securely moving, lifting, and carrying merchandise (up to 40 pounds).
