Responsibilities of Package Delivery Driver:

• Delivers rapid, effective, and amiable customer support by showing compassion, attentiveness, and understanding in all customer dealings while valuing customers as the top priority in the establishment.
• Engages customers with a friendly attitude and a cheerful expression, whether in the specific department they work in or other areas of the retail space.
• Puts in the work to remember customers' names and uses this information to address them whenever feasible.

• Transports goods to customers, receives payments, and gives back change during transactions.

Qualifications of Package Delivery Driver:

• No specific education required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, with no DOT restrictions&
• 18 years or older to drive a company vehicle.

• Ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner, ability to identify problems, develop and execute solutions, and the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions

Physical requirements of Package Delivery Driver:

• The capability to observe intricate details up close, whether corrected or uncorrected, is crucial for near-range tasks
• Can handle medium-level duties that involve occasional lifting or transporting items that do not exceed 50 pounds, along with regular standing, walking, and moving objects weighing 25 pounds or less
• Competence in executing a range of physical actions including stooping, crouching, extending, manipulating, clutching, sensation, conversing, perceiving, and repetitive gestures, along with the aptitude to embark and disembark from a delivery vehicle multiple times daily, climb stairs, and traverse challenging terrain to access delivery points.
