Job Summary of Store Associate:

The key role of this position is to assist in store operations by delivering friendly service, organizing shelves, and ensuring customers are well-assisted with their shopping. It involves collaborating across departments and contributing to a well-maintained and inviting store atmosphere.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Support customers by responding to their inquiries and directing them to their desired products.
• Stock shelves methodically, rotate items periodically, and uphold the neatness of displays.
• Assist in inventory control measures by monitoring stock levels and notifying of any discrepancies identified.
• Use equipment such as pricing tools or hand trucks as required.
• Monitor and ensure that safety and sanitation protocols are consistently met throughout the store.
• Partner with coworkers to execute tasks essential to ruing the store.
• Assisting other departments as needed to support overall store operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Associate:

• Experience in retail or customer service is welcomed but not a strict requirement.
• Outstanding ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• The ability to follow instructions and successfully finish tasks without reliance on others.
• Physical competence for remaining vertical, ambulating, and conveying materials during the work shift.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet work requirements, including weekends and holidays.
• It is suggested that candidates possess a high school diploma or an equivalent.
