Responsibilities of Bakery Staff:
- Ensuring quick, effective, and approachable customer support by displaying empathy, attentiveness, and perseverance in every customer transaction, while prioritizing customers as the main focus in the establishment.
- Engages with customers in a friendly manner by offering smiles and greetings, whether they are in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
- Engages in the practice of recalling and using customers' names as a sign of respect and attentiveness.
- Escorts clients to locate desired products, retrieves items that are out of reach, assists in lifting heavy objects, takes note of customer feedback, and performs additional tasks to enrich the shopping journey.
- Evaluates the freshness of the food by reviewing its appearance and quality.
- Assesses the daily inventory requirements.
- Accepting and documenting customer requests at the bakery counter.
- Collaborates with colleagues to contribute to customer satisfaction and establish a positive work environment.
- Understands the significance of proper sanitation practices and consistently ensures that the work environment is orderly and hygienic.

Qualifications of Bakery Staff:
- People with minimal schooling or its equivalent
- Equivalent work familiarity lasting less than half a year.
- Having the skill to implement detailed but disengaged written or oral instructions and navigate through a limited number of concrete variables is crucial.
- Skill in completing simple addition and subtraction tasks; mimicking shapes, calculating, and transcribing.
- Show proficiency in interpreting and obeying spoken or illustrated guidance; transcribe relevant particulars; ask for supplies verbally or in documented form.
Physical Requirements of Bakery Staff:
- Essential to be physically adept at performing moderate work, with requirements including exerting a maximum of 50 pounds of force from time to time, 20 pounds of force often, and 10 pounds of force consistently for object manipulation.
- Visual prerequisites encompass the clarity of vision at distances greater than 20 inches but less than 20 feet, with or without assistance, color discernment, depth awareness, and field of vision.
