Responsibilities of Dispatcher:

• Provides timely, efficient, and warm customer assistance by demonstrating empathy, attentiveness, and understanding in every customer encounter while upholding customers as the primary focus in the business.
• Greets and interacts with customers in a friendly way, irrespective of whether the interaction happens in the employee's designated department or elsewhere on the premises.
• Endeavors to commit customers' names to memory and applies this knowledge to address them by name when appropriate.
• Cooperates with peers to secure customer approval and a cheerful work ambiance.
• Provides delivery of products, receives payment, and dispenses change as appropriate.
• Returning payments and commencing cash back to the store.
• Manages the temperature of food and groceries to meet food safety standards and ensure the quality of products for customer gratification.
• Abides by the guidelines set forth by the department and company in terms of personal grooming and dress code.
• Adheres to the established guidelines of the company and follows the individual store policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality by reporting to work as required.

Qualifications of Dispatcher:

Physical requirements of Dispatcher:

• Proficiency in performing a variety of physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, stretching, manipulating, grasping, sensing, speaking, listening, and engaging in repetitive movements, as well as the skill to enter and exit a delivery vehicle multiple times a day, climb stairs, and traverse uneven surfaces to access delivery locations.
