This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of store managers to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and business growth across multiple retail locations. This role focuses on driving performance, managing area-wide operations, analyzing financial results, and fostering a productive, team-oriented work environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities of District Manager:
Oversee strategic planning, staffing, and performance management across multiple store locations.
Promote team member engagement, growth, and retention through strong leadership and development practices.
Conduct weekly store visits to ensure compliance with store operations, merchandising, and guest service standards.
Analyze and interpret financial reports including P&L, sales data, labor costs, and inventory performance.
Ensure guest satisfaction and high product quality across all stores in the assigned territory.
Lead initiatives to drive food service sales and uphold food safety protocols.
Recruit, train, and coach store managers to foster leadership and succession planning within the team.
Uphold safety, operational, and financial controls in line with company standards.
Collaborate with various internal departments including operations, human resources, and executive leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Region Manager.
Qualifications and Experience of District Manager:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years of retail or restaurant general management experience.
1-3 years of multi-unit management experience in retail, convenience, or food service preferred.
Valid ServSafe certification required.
Clean driving record required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
Willingness to relocate may be requested.
