Being involved in the efficient management of store operations and human resources to enhance overall performance:

• Gain proficiency in supporting operations across all sections of the store
• Assist in managing the store's performance comprehensively by addressing operational and human resource needs
• Use scheduling procedures to enhance staffing efficiency and align with business goals
• Implement and monitor security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation protocols for operational efficiency
• Oversee ordering processes and inventory tracking methods
• Manage a variety of administrative and human resources tasks

Key Competencies and Qualifications:
