Produce Stocker

Job Summary:

This position plays a key role in supporting produce department operations by maintaining product freshness, organizing displays, and providing helpful customer assistance. The role ensures a clean, efficient, and visually appealing environment through consistent stocking, rotation, and quality checks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments and move products from the receiving area to assigned sections.
• Arrange, rotate, and maintain produce displays to ensure freshness and visual quality.
• Offer information on product selections and guide customers with purchasing decisions.
• Share samples and highlight featured items to support customer engagement.
• Inspect products regularly and remove items that no longer meet freshness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in display spaces, prep areas, and the back room.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Background in retail or stocking roles is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move products safely.
• Attention to detail in evaluating product quality and rotation.
