Job Summary of Bagger:

This position focuses on creating a positive guest experience at checkout by providing efficient bagging, friendly service, and support to the store team. The role helps ensure every guest leaves satisfied and ready to return, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bagger:

• Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting customers at checkout.
• Bag groceries efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well - stocked checkout area.
• Assist with parcel pick - up and provide courteous service.
• Communicate guest feedback and requests to store leadership.
• Support daily store goals and contribute to team success.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow scheduling guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Bagger:

• Strong focus on guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Attention to detail when handling and bagging products.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 15–20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
