The key responsibility of Warehouse Associate is to accurately and safely select undamaged products. They are essential in processing orders for stores, maintaining punctual deliveries, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience not mandatory, but 0-6 months is advantageous
• Proficiency in operating electric pallet jacks is beneficial
• This educational opportunity does not mandate the possession of a high school diploma
• Requirement for lifting: Not exceeding 100 pounds
• You need to be a minimum of 18 years of age to fulfill this criterion

Responsibilities:

• It is a must to be able to do arithmetic.
• With a voice-activated warehouse management system, accurately choose products by aligning slot numbers with their corresponding descriptions.
• Transport 100 lb cases from pick slots to pallets, ensuring they are lifted from ground level, shoulder level, and above for proper placement.
• Reach and uphold productivity targets consistently.
• Assemble resilient pallet configurations by incorporating a variety of case sizes and weights to facilitate secure shipping with zero damage.
• Utilize shrink-wrap to package and position finished pallets of preferred products in the proper shipping paths to facilitate loading.
• Ensure supervisors are kept in the loop about safety matters, equipment conditions, damaged inventory, and any issues that arise.
• Be prepared to adjust your availability and work hours as needed to align with the organization's production schedule and demands.
• Adhere to the regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines outlined by the organization, including the safe utilization of machinery and the promotion of a clean and safe workplace.
• Abide by the appropriate procedures for ensuring the safety of food.
• Execute assorted duties within the warehouse as requested and designated.
