Responsibilities of Bakery Team Member:
- Delivering timely, effective, and warm customer care by showing empathy, consideration, and endurance in each customer exchange, with an emphasis on valuing customers as the most significant individuals in the store.
- Greets and smiles at customers in a warm and welcoming manner, whether in the employee's assigned department or other parts of the store.
- Makes a conscious endeavor to remember the names of customers and use them when communicating.
- Provides assistance to customers by guiding them to the items they seek, procuring products that are not easily reachable, aiding with the lifting of heavy objects, recording customer suggestions, and fulfilling additional responsibilities to improve the shopping experience.
- Examines the quality and visual appeal of the food to determine if it is fresh.
- Evaluates the list of tasks for the day.
- Taking bakery orders from clients at the counter.
- Works collectively with coworkers to ensure that customers are satisfied and the work ambiance is enjoyable.
- Recognizes the significance of following sanitary practices and consistently upholds cleanliness in the designated work area.
- Maintains a steady food source and devises a production plan to follow.

Qualifications of Bakery Team Member:
- People with a lower educational background
- Not more than half a year of similar work involvement.
- The proficiency to carry out intricate yet impartial written or verbal orders and address a few specific variables is necessary.
- Skill in completing simple addition and subtraction tasks; mimicking shapes, calculating, and transcribing.
- Exhibit the skill to grasp and comply with verbal or demonstrated commands; document identifying information; requisition supplies through oral communication or written requests.
Physical Requirements of Bakery Team Member:
- Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with or without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
