Role and Responsibilities:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting plant operations by safely, efficiently, and accurately performing your duties. Your work will directly contribute to improving the plant's overall performance in safety, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Support plant performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and Customer 1st strategy
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve workplace processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification or equivalent training
