Job Summary:

As a Produce Associate at Winn-Dixie, you will play a vital role in creating a fresh and inviting shopping experience for customers. You’ll greet, assist, and thank customers in a courteous and friendly manner, offer product suggestions, and ensure all produce items are fresh and properly stocked. Responsibilities:

Provide continuous attention to customer needs, greeting, assisting, and thanking them in a prompt and courteous manner.
Offer product suggestions to customers when appropriate.
Stock and rotate produce items to ensure freshness and proper quality standards
Operate department equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards.
Notify management of team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or any action that is illegal or against company policy.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
