Position Summary:

In the capacity of Convenience Store Clerk, individuals are tasked with providing amiable and efficient customer support at the fuel center. Duties include managing cash transactions, ensuring a clean and secure environment, monitoring compliance regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, clerks are responsible for reporting obligations and restocking duties while representing Kroger's foundational values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be efficient and polite when helping customers at the gas station.
• Conduct transactions with accuracy at the cash register, adhering to company standards.
• Keep the fuel center presentable and structured by managing the cleanliness and organization of the sales space and fueling stations.
• Recoup stock, replenish items, and maintain neat and easily reachable displays.
• Craft thorough documentation for incidents and security incidents as required.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation for fuel center compliance is accurately maintained.
• Abide by all safety standards and protocols to guarantee a secure setting for customers and employees alike.

Essential Abilities and Requirements:

• Excellent at meeting customer needs and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Primary mathematical knowledge and meticulous handling of cash.
• Adequacy in outdoor environments and performance of requisite physical activities.
• Precision in attending to details and accurately finalizing reports and documentation is important.
• Being adaptable to working different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in past retail, fuel station, or cash handling jobs.
• Grasping the safety and compliance standards relevant to fuel and retail establishments.
