• Upon receipt, products are inspected, validated, and documented to confirm their adherence to shipping details, temperature requirements, and quality specifications.
• Oversees the point-of-purchase advertisements; confirms the availability of a range of recipe pamphlets, product discount offers, promotional resources, and details on complementary snacks.
• The role involves the operation of various equipment like knives, scales, wrapping machines, compactors, trash disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Utilizes familiarity with scales and weight metrics to precisely weigh and tag items.
• Sets up and organizes cartons for creating grocery presentations and attaches pricing information to merchandise.
