Responsibilities of Food Service Team Member:

- Scrutinizes the rotation process of all food service merchandise, particularly highlighting the identification and removal of expired inventory and spoiled goods.
- Provides proactive assistance to customers when addressing their questions and supporting them in their buying decisions, offering details and aiding in product selection; includes the practice of upselling and suggesting complementary products.
- Examines, registers, and tracks merchandise to validate the preciseness of dispatch, temperature control, and caliber.
- Monitors the point of sale marketing materials, ensuring there is a mix of recipe cards, product discounts, promotional items, and details about related food offerings.
- Necessitates handling and operating equipment like knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, waste disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Readies a range of foodservice items through the selection of proper ingredients and adherence to accurate cooking times for each item.
- Utilizes familiarity with scales and weight measurements to precisely measure and label products.
