Role and Responsibilities:

Your role encompasses overseeing tasks related to receiving and storing merchandise, facilitating product flow, and ensuring conformity with company policies and safety measures.

• Execute functions involving receiving and putting away products, including unloading shipments, confirming using RF technology, staging items, managing cross-dock processes, and selecting flow-through merchandise.
• Arrive at the workstation on schedule, in proper attire, and fully prepared to undertake all scheduled shifts.
• Maintain OSHA and Whole Foods compliance while using a powered pallet jack or forklift.
• Establish and sustain a work setting that is both safe and clean.
• Ensure strict compliance with both OSHA and facility safety regulations.
• Inform the Team Leader or Facility Leadership right away about any accidents or injuries that happen.
• Manage the unloading of truck shipments, validate with bill of lading, record in the warehouse management system, and arrange for storage allocation.
• Check incoming inventory to guarantee it meets the mandated food safety regulations.
• Precisely mark the item for storage after it has been verified.
• Carry out putaway tasks as necessary and oversee the care of all machinery connected to the role.
• Carry out the precise process of receiving, staging, and choosing products that flow continuously.
• Properly organize and arrange cross-dock deliveries during check-in.
• Keep areas designated for receiving goods, recyclables, and trash free of any obstacles.
• Place sustainable materials and products onto trucks for delivery.
• Successfully handle all inbound paperwork completion.
• Attend all meetings organized for the team and facility without missing any.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of hands-on experience in receiving operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $39.60, based on experience.
