Job Summary of Courtesy Associate:

As a Courtesy Associate, you will be a customer service ambassador. While properly handling and bagging shoppers groceries, youll be focused on delivering extraordinary customer service. Whether youre helping someone find a product in the store, gathering carts from the outdoors, or sweeping or picking up a spill, you are the face of Sprouts to our customers.We look for a friendly and outgoing attitude in addition to an understanding of what it means to be on a team and its positive impacts.Many team members start their careers in this role and are promoted to other positions throughout the store in one of our many departments.If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements of Courtesy Associate:

• Participants must have attained a minimum age of 16 years
• Dependable and reliable
• Present an outgoing and cordial demeanor in your social interactions
• Embracing a optimistic mindset and the capability to engage with our clientele is paramount
• Possess the capability to adjust one's schedule in accordance with the changing dynamics of the business
• Adhere to the Front End procedures meticulously and engage in close collaboration with other Team Members across all areas of the store
