Job Summary of Store Clerk:

In this position, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of the online pickup service, including accurately shopping for customer orders and delivering them to the curbside. Efficiency, precision, and a dedication to customer service are paramount in fulfilling this role. The goal is to provide customers who choose the online shopping option with a positive and hassle-free experience during the pickup process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Clerk:

• Formulate customer orders in accordance with the given specifications and instructions.
• Validate the correctness, freshness, and appropriate maintenance of perishable and non-perishable goods.
• Carry out the secure transfer of finalized orders to the designated pickup location and assist customers in loading items into their vehicles.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members as well as customers to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Follow all food safety and company guidelines while keeping your workspace orderly.
• Support the completion of additional store responsibilities during off-peak hours.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Clerk:

• Even though it is a plus, prior background in retail or order fulfillment is not obligatory.
• Meticulous attention to specifics and a strong dedication to customer approval.
• Competence in the secure lifting and handling of grocery bags and containers.
• Demonstrating effective communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with others.
• Demonstrating a willingness to work flexible hours, especially on weekends and holidays.
• A high school diploma or similar alternative is preferred.
