Role and Responsibilities:
As a Retail Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering customer trust and loyalty by providing friendly, accurate, and timely service. You will oversee the customer service desk and media services, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved efficiently or escalated following company policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers professionally, respond to their needs, and handle or escalate concerns appropriately.
- Front-End Operations: Manage store cash and accounting procedures, remain up to date on company policies, operate Automated Checkout Machines (ACM), and troubleshoot front-end equipment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Restock merchandise and supplies, support pricing activities, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Professional Communication: Exhibit professional phone etiquette, guide customers as needed, and protect sensitive information.
- Safety & Compliance: Keep work areas clean and safe, report hazards or faulty equipment, and notify management of theft or policy violations.
- Additional Duties: Perform cashier responsibilities and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain work authorization.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.

- Strong communication skills for effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Experience with front-end systems and office equipment.
